Why I do what I do:
I was introduced to massage and chiropractic therapies after being involved in a car wreck in high school where I suffered from whiplash. I made multiple, weekly visits to my chiropractor until my spine was able to hold an adjustment. I began to find relief from my chronic stiff neck when I committed to monthly maintenance massage sessions.
I believe there are things we can to do help make our life more enjoyable. I decided I would like to start working in a profession where I could do what I enjoy and share it with others- and I've found that with massage therapy. I have made getting my monthly massage a priority because when I feel better- my life works and I smile more easily, and I have lots more fun! Call me today and schedule your massage or reflexology session... you'll feel better!
A little bit about me:
First of all, I'm a people pleaser. I feel good helping others to feel their best! When I'm not working, I love spending time outside with my husband and dogs (Champ & Jeff). I like to sit by the fire on a clear summer night while listening to an old George Jones tune. I hibernate with a good book or movie in wintertime. I enjoy massage, smiles, hugs, music, movies and good food. I've learned to treasure the simple things in life.
